We want you to love your Naturally Seeded purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and issue refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date — no need to wait for delivery date or receipt confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at support@naturallyseeded.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Exclusions:
Due to the nature of some items (custom kits, digital downloads, and perishable goods), not all products are eligible for return. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.

We carefully prepare each order by hand, and most items ship within 7–14 business days of purchase. Once your order is processed, it will ship via USPS Priority Mail by default, with tracking provided.

Need it faster or prefer a different carrier? FedEx and UPS options are available at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected service.

All products are securely packaged to protect the integrity of your items — especially those containing oils, powders, or glass components.
